Customer Insights
The fashion industry is growing in complexity in three key areas basically:
the transformation of the value chain, the need to manage market expansion
and brand globalization.

More generic fashion branch challenges are adressed by the Solution Configurator. One of the elements that needs to be entered there, is your Industry type. Being active in the fashion industry, you may recognize your company type with one or more of the following general company descriptions.

Wholesale
You purchase and distribute your entire collection at one or more Third Party manufacturers and retailers.

Wholesale Own Brand
You design your own items, but purchase the finished product, also known as RMG (Ready Made Garment), RMS (Ready Made Shoe) or RMP (Ready Made Product).

CMT
CMT stands for: Cut-Make-Trim. You purchase raw materials and subcontract the manufacturing.

Full Production
Manufacturing is a key activity within your proper organization structure.

Private Label
You purchase or manufacture "under the label of " Third Parties.

Retail Chain
You are (part of) a chain of shops or outlets that act under one shop-formula. By consequence, distribution and shifting stocks form one location to another is possible. Single Shops, in terms of Points-of-Sale, are at the moment not in the key target group of Pebblestone Fashion, unless you are a department store. Department stores have a lot in common with Retail Chains.
